These terms govern your use of alfadrones.in. They do not replace the terms of any signed contract, purchase order or quotation between you and Alfa Drones Technology — where a signed agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence.

Use of this website

You may view and download material from this site for legitimate business evaluation. You may not republish it as your own, or use it to imply an association with or endorsement by Alfa Drones that does not exist.

Content is provided for general information. Specifications, capabilities and figures are believed accurate at the time of publication but may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; quotations are issued separately and in writing.

Manufacturer specifications

Product specifications shown in the DJI Enterprise Store are published by the manufacturer and reproduced for comparison. They are not warranties given by Alfa Drones. Final configuration, availability, pricing and lead time are confirmed on quotation.

Trademarks

DJI, Matrice, Zenmuse, Agras and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner. Alfa Drones is an authorised dealer and refers to these marks for identification only. The Alfa Drones name and emblem are our property.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. A binding arrangement arises only when a written quotation is accepted, or a purchase order or contract is signed by both parties.

Regulatory compliance

Drone operations in India are subject to DGCA rules and to state and local permissions. Buyers and operators are responsible for holding the registrations, pilot certification and permissions required for their intended operation. We provide guidance but cannot transfer our permissions to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alfa Drones is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from services or goods we supply is governed by the contract covering that supply.
